Using the Speed Dial

With Speed Dial you can quickly and conveniently call frequently called numbers. For example,

if you assign a contact to the number 2 button in Speed Dial, press and hold to dial the

contact’s number.

To create a Speed Dial entry:

1. Make sure that the entry you want to create is already in the Contacts list.

2. Tap

Contacts from the Today screen.

3. Tap the contact number that you want to add to speed dial list. Then tap

Menu > Add to

Speed Dial... .

4. Edit the name and number and select a numeric key for this contact.

5. Tap

To delete a Speed Dial entry:

1. Tap

Start > Phone > Speed Dial.

2. Tap the contact that you want to delete from the speed dial list. Then tap

Delete.

3. Tap

Yes from the pop-up message.
