4.2.4 PPPoA/Bridged

PPPoA/Bridged mode

complies with IETF RFC-

2364 PPP over ATM. In this

mode, the modem acts as a

bridging device, and allows

users to enter their user

names and passwords to

log on to the server’s

network. This mode also

supports authentication

protocols (PAP, CHAP) and

different IP control protocols

(IPCP, DHCP).
