To install the RAID controller driver when installing SUSE Linux Enterprise Server

OS:

1. Boot the system from the SUSE OS installation CD.

2. Use the arrow keys to select

Installation

from the

Boot Options

menu.

3. Press <F6>, then select

Yes from the menu. Press <Enter>.

4. Insert the RAID driver disk to the oppy disk drive. Ensure that

the Boot Options menu is selected, then press <Enter>.

If you install marvell 61xx driver, type

oem-modules=1 broeknmodules=pat

a_marvell

after

Boot Options

and press

Enter

to continue.
